Figgi is a B2B SaaS lead generation platform for real estate agents in Washington State. We monitor probate court filings daily, extract property and estate data using AI, enrich it with contact information, and score each opportunity on a 100-point scale. Agents get a curated inbox of pre-vetted leads ranked by transaction likelihood — and a first-mover advantage no traditional lead service can match.

The problem we solve

When someone dies owning real estate in Washington, that property often needs to be sold. The estate’s personal representative — often a grieving family member with no real estate experience — may eventually need an agent’s help. That creates a concentrated pool of potential sellers who haven’t yet called anyone. Most agents don’t know these estates exist until months later, or never, if the property sells off-market or transfers within the family. By then, the window to be the first agent in the door has closed.

Probate filings are public record. The data is there. The hard part is accessing it, cleaning it, and turning it into actionable leads — scraping court portals, parsing legal documents, enriching with property records, and filtering noise from real opportunity. Figgi does that automatically, every day.

How it works

We scrape Washington State court portals daily for new probate filings. Our AI extracts estate and property data from court documents, enriches with property records and contact information, and scores each lead across 7 dimensions with a letter grade (A–D). Leads are routed to subscribed agents by territory and plan tier, and delivered via email digest and dashboard — new leads every 24 hours.

Who it’s for

Figgi is built for licensed real estate agents and small teams in Washington State — especially King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Clark counties. We’re in pre-launch (waitlist phase) with statewide Odyssey court coverage from day one. We don’t hype. We show our work: every lead has a grade, a score, and a reason.
